Refining a market leader’s service offering
Manuplex approached Joyful Communications based on our mining industry expertise and reputation – when they’d spent time and money with other providers who just didn’t talk the right language. Manuplex had a market-leading approach and several ‘diamond in the rough’ products – they just needed the right way to talk about them.
With a long history of success in underground mining but a growing business servicing open cut mining, construction and major projects, Manuplex also needed to update their messaging to reach new clients, who were each looking for something different from a service provider.
Back to basics, to get the right messaging to the right people
We completely reimagined the way that Manuplex talked about their products and services, streamlining an offering that had grown organically but needed to take the next step.
Over a series of in-person workshops with key staff, we strategised and refined key messaging into a matrix before we wrote a single word of copy. Once we’d had this matrix approved, it then became the guidepost for a website makeover and new capability statements (each targeted at different audiences). The way the business talks about capabilities has changed for the better.
